2.1 Gmail Integration

• The Service requires access to your Gmail account
• You must authorize the Service through Google OAuth
• You can revoke access to your Gmail account at any time
• We only access emails necessary for providing the Service

2.2 Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to send spam or malicious content
• Do not attempt to breach or test our security measures
• Do not interfere with other users access to the Service

• The Service and its original content are and will remain our property
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without written permission
• You retain all rights to your email content

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of Terms
• All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
